If peace, quiet, serenity and a daily paddle on the lake are what you are after, then look no further.  We have the perfect retreat for you, a few minutes walk from Lake Cootharaba - and the iconic Apollonian Hotel if you'd like to finish the day with an icy beverage.  Noosa with its cosmopolitan restaurants and one of the best surf breaks in Australia is just a short 20 minute drive away, as are the delights of the Hinterland in the other direction.  A 6-12 month lease is negotiable.

Set on a quiet battle axe block, with its own entrance, the fully self-contained upstairs dwelling is available to rent.  There will be a dog and a cat in the downstairs premises.  Stylishly renovated recently, the open plan living and dining are light and bright, with neutral tones and easy care timber-look flooring throughout.  There are fans to assist the breezes that come up from the lake, as well as a  reverse-cycle air-conditioner.  Two sets of sliding glass doors open out to the rear deck which is the perfect spot for a quiet cuppa in the morning admiring the lush greenery and birdlife, and a sun-filled space to while away the late afternoons. 

The new kitchen is large and has expansive storage and counter preparation space, dishwasher, electric cooktop and oven, under bench combination washer/dryer remains in place, and the fridge is an optional inclusion.

There are 2 generous bedrooms on offer, both with built-in cupboards, fans and carpets, as well as a large study/third bedroom.  The modern bathroom is well appointed with a vanity, toilet, shower and deep bath.  

The owner will maintain the gardens, however tenants are welcome to indulge their green thumbs and enjoy gardening if so desired.  There is one space available in the carport for parking.

Electricity bills will be split between the two dwellings.  Internet is included.  Water is included, however it is tank water so tenants must be mindful of water usage.  


Pet may be considered on application and suitability with the other two pets on the premises.
