There are two good size bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed.  Both bedrooms have built-in cupboards and carpets, and mattress protectors will be provided.  The bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet, and there is a separate laundry with washing machine.

The front timber deck is a lovely spot to relax, and around the side of the flat is another patio with BBQ and separate seating.  The wrap around patio continues around to the front door and entry.

The main house and garages are locked and not available for the tenants to use. The owners will not be in residence for the period of the lease.  Electricity and water is included.  Mobile phone use only.  If tenants wish to have internet then they will have to establish their own connection. Property is on tank water and not fenced.  Tenants to water outdoor plants as required.  Parking in driveway only.
