Short drive to the ferry to the North Shore, or throw a line in to catch dinner - the Marina Fish and Chips is not too far away if you are unsuccessful.  Tewantin village is a few minutes away, as well as Gympie Terrace, the Noosa River and the cosmopolitan Hastings Street, Main Beach and Noosa National Park.

Use it as a Brisbane family weekender over the busy holidays, or settle in, stay and play.  Lease available until end of February 2024.

Property is furnished except for bedding, linens and towels.  Beds are 1 Queen and 2 Doubles.  Lawn mowing is included, tenants pay for all water and electricity usage, and internet.  Streaming television only.

Double carport for the tenants use.  The shed is locked for owners usage only.
