3 large bedrooms are on offer.  The master suite has a huge bathroom with double vanities and shower, and a separate study adjacent to the walk in robe.  Both other bedrooms have built in desks and good storage space - one with walk in robe, the other with a built in cupboard .  All rooms have carpet, fans and airconditioning.  There is a good size main bathroom with shower and toilet.

Huge lagoon style pool with built in cafe umbrella to keep people shaded while entertaining around the pool, if you are not planning on relaxing on the recliners in the sun.  

Downstairs is a carport area for 2 cars and the laundry.  Storage room and garden studio will be locked for the owner's use only.

The popular Doonan eatery and local pub is only just down the hill, and the quirky markets of Eumundi or cosmopolitan shops and restaurants of Hastings Street are only a short 10 minute drive away.  This is the perfect home away from home while you decide where you would like to settle more long term, or finish off a building project you are moving into.

Furry friends are welcome on application and owner approval however the yard is not fenced.  Owner pays for pool service and gardening, tenants to pay for pool chemicals, phone, internet and power.  Please contact office for inventory requirements.  Property is offered furnished except for bedding, towels and linens.
