Neat as a pin with a lovely outlook this granny flat is one not to be missed.   5 minutes drive from Tewantin and 5 minutes walk to throw a line or kayak in the Cooroibah Creek.

The front patio has a lovely view over the lawns and treed back drop.  The open plan living, kitchenette and dining area is light and bright, and has air-conditioning and fans for your comfort.  The good sized main bedroom comfortably fits a queen bed, has carpet, fan and built-in cupboards as well as its own air-conditioner. The smaller bedroom is more suited to a study, and also has a built-in robe, fan and carpet.

Furnishings can be negotiated based on the successful applicant - the property can be offered unfurnished, partially furnished or completely furnished except for linens and towels.

The granny flat is in the garden of the owner's house and the tenant will not have access to the main garden or house.  Parking is on-street only and access to the granny flat is from around the side of the house to the rear yard.   Internet costs to be shared with the main house, water is included, electricity to be billed to tenant (flat is sub-metered for usage).  6 month lease to start.  There are two golden retrievers who live at the main house so the granny flat is not suited to pets.
