The living areas are light and bright, with warm timber flooring throughout. The kitchen is the central hub of the home with plenty of bench space and storage, and there is a formal dining area between the kitchen and the front living room. There are sliding doors from the dining room that open out to the covered deck at the side which is the perfect space to relax and have a cuppa or glass of vino.

There are 3 bedrooms on offer as well as a generous study. The master has a King size bed, walk in robe and ensuite, as well as sliding doors out to the private patio. The other 2 bedrooms each have Queen beds and built in robes. There is a lovely main bathroom with separate toilet, and an internal laundry completes the picture.  Reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout the home will keep you comfortable no matter the weather!

The gardens are low maintenance landscaping, and there is a garden shed for storage.  Double carport is available for parking inside the remote controlled gate.

Whether you are in between houses, or new to the area, this is the ideal location to explore all that Noosa and its surrounds have to offer.

The home is offered partially furnished for a 12 month lease. It may be available earlier by negotiation. Furniture, appliances, crockery and cutlery are sufficient for a comfortable stay, however no bedding or linens apart from mattress protectors will be provided. Please contact the office for a complete inventory and to discuss other terms of the lease. The garage will be locked and is not for the tenant’s use. The owner will pay for occasional hedge trimming and lawn mowing as required. No pets will be considered.  Electricity and internet will stay in the owner's name and tenants will be billed for usage at the applicable rate.  Property is water efficient, tenants pay for all water usage.
