Upstairs is fully furnished with everything you need for a more than comfortable stay (apart from linens and towels).  3 bedrooms with fans and built-in cupboards, bathroom with shower and separate toilet, air-conditioned open plan living, dining and kitchen which has plenty of bench space and storage.   There are two separate entertaining areas on either side of the house, plus a covered gazebo in the swimming pool area.  Also in the swimming pool area is the traditional timber sauna - perfect to loosen the limbs after your walk to Main Beach and back!

Downstairs is the extra height single garage on one side of the front door, a large entrance room that could be used as a lounge/living area, a large converted garage with side entry that could easily be another bedroom or an office / treatment room.  Also on this level is a smaller office, a store room, a laundry, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The swimming pool is large and has an adjacent paddle pool with water feature - the spa feature does not operate.  There are solar panels to help your back pocket.  Tenant pays for all water.
