The kitchen is the central point of the home and has plenty of storage and bench preparation space, gas cooking, appliance hutch and breakfast bar.  An ideal place to prepare a feast for your family and friends who are sure to want to spend their time enjoying your ocean seascape.

The family/rumpus room at the rear of the home opens out to a private terrace overlooking the sparkling in-ground pool.  A generous double garage has more than enough space for all the toys, and the gardens are low maintenance, allowing ample time for you to relax and enjoy your ocean front lifestyle.
